Our holiday apartment is a fantastic one bedroom Cyprus rental apartment in the Sundays complex on Kennedy Avenue. Our Cyprus rental apartment sleeps up to FOUR (4) people. The main bedroom contains a king size bed (perfect for couples), has plenty of storage from built in wardrobes, and is fully air-conditioned. The second bed is the sofa bed in the living area which is transformed easily into a full size double bed – pull out from inside sofa. Living area is also has its own air conditioner separate from bedroom. Sun block blinds over windows and balcony patio door ensure rooms stay dark during the night and into the morning.
From our Cyprus rental apartment bedroom you have excellent sea views over the horizon. There are floor to ceiling glass patio doors opening to the balcony of the Cyprus rental apartment. The bedroom is also fitted with sun cancelling blinds which block out the sun light to ensure you get a great nights sleep and are not awoken unexpectedly early by the morning sun rise. Balcony chairs, table and sun loungers are available for relaxing or eating out on the balcony, and resting by the pool.
Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with enough sets of cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and glasses for four people. There is an oven / 4-hob cooker, large fridge, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The layout of the living area is open kitchen and a dining area inbetween. Dining area has an extendable table and four comfortable chairs, as well as baby high chair. The living area sofas, TV, satellite channels, and a DVD (with selection of movies) are perfect for nights in.
Bathroom is beautifully tiled with a full size bath tub and shower.
Although the property does not come with wireless internet – virtually every cafe, restaurant, bar, or pub provides free wi-fi and internet access where you can connect through your own laptop. In addition, there is an Internet cafe across the road from the apartment complex with PC and Internet access for a reasonably low cost. [A 30 min/ 1 hr ticket can be purchased and used for several visits and does not need to be used in one sitting].
