• Prices are weekly for TWO PERSONS and does NOT includes A/C (air conditioning), water and taxes. Separate charge for utilities depending on month of stay.  Full pre-arrival clean - one off cleaning contribution will be added to total cost.
  
• FURTHER DISCOUNTS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR QUIET PERIODS OUT OF PEAK SEASON and stays of OVER 2 WEEKS. PLEASE ASK! Medium & Long term lets available at reduced rates - stays of 1 month or more maybe be valid for 15%-20% discount. CONTACT ME for LATE DEALS!
• Balance of total rental cost to be paid 1 week after booking - apartment may be held tentatively upto 3 days until received.  Security deposit may be paid at a later date (at least 2 weeks before departure), depending on timescales. Bookings of less than one week's occupancy or 12 weeks before stay are to be paid in full before booking will be confirmed.
• Payment preferrably via bank or on-line transfer to bank account - details will be provided on confirmation. Cheques and PAYPAL also accepted.
• Changeover days are flexible. Generally - Check in after 3pm on day of arrival and check out before 11am on day of departure (an earlier check in may be available if there is not a changeover on the same day). Dependent on availability please ask for preferred times.
• FULLY REFUNDABLE Minimum Security deposit of £100 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure. Security deposit is subject to change and will be dependent on number and age of guests. Refund is subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

60+ days before arrival date - 40% of Total Rental
36+ days before arrival date - 20% of Total Rental
0 to 35 days before arrival date - 0% of Total Rental
